THE CHALLENGE

As part of the marketing strategy «SO GOOD», focused mainly on the youth audience, it was decided to expand communication channels in KFC restaurants with modern multimedia systems. 

SOLUTION

 

 

 

 

The basis of all projects of the Digital Signage in KFC restaurants is the Digital Menu Board System. In many KFC restaurants, instead of a static menu, a dynamic image of food and drinks is broadcasted via a Digital Menu Board System. The restaurants, located in separate buildings, have monitors mounted behind the windows, and various configurations of video walls. Various content can be demonstrated on any monitor of Digital Signage, controlled by centralized CMS, due to software features.

RESULTS

Due to Digital Signage System, the basic marketing problems of QSR were effectively solved in the KFC restaurant chain: attracting external traffic, increase sales, and reducing service time for each customer.
